To Do List + Cosplay Update

YO. What up, my friends. This week, I wanna try and catch up on things I meant to do earlier, and just stuff I'm supposed to do. :U So I'm making a list and posting it here so I don't forget.
To Do:
- Commission for my sister's friend
- First and Second place prizes for my challenge
- Super late birthday gift for a friend
- Fashion requests from my fashion world
This is all I can think of off the top of my head... if I owe you anything, please tell me in the comments! ;0;>
Also, I finished my Virion breastplate, yesterday, so I thought I'd show some pictures. 8D
I took this picture to show how the armor looks before I add a layer of metallic paint, and before gloss. :V IT LOOKS SO MUCH MORE VIBRANT, HERE, IT KIND OF MAKES ME MAD...
And here it is with metallic paint and gloss. I like that it's ~*~shiny~*~, but the colors just feel so much duller. orz Weh, oh well. I'M LEARNING. *U*b
And here's some pictures of me wearing it with the other armor I made. I haven't added straps, yet, so I'm just kind of balancing it on my shoulder, haha. xD
Overall, I'm really happy with how this came out!! I was afraid that this was just going to fail completely. xD; I still need to work on the actual sewing for the costume, though. :U I should have this done in time for Otakon!

YAY, I'm on summer break now. *U*b Just thought I'd mention, haha. I actually still have one more take home final to do, but it should be pretty easy... *u*;
But yeah, my plans for May are mainly to work on stuff for Nekocon. The applications are May 24th at 9:00 PM, so I've got like two weeks to try and finish some stuff to show for the application. >:V Right now I'm working on TWEWY keychain designs, and once I finish those I'll do some mini prints or something. WEEHHH I HOPE I GET IT BUT AT THE SAME TIME...

Anyway, not much else to say besides that. By the way, you may've already heard from the "What's happenin' on theO" section of the news, but Aryia's hosting a three week comment slam that starts today. :D It's not too hard, just three comments every day for the next three weeks! If you haven't already, maybe consider joining to help liven up theO for the next couple weeks. *u*b ♥
Also, I'm looking for new theO artists to subscribe to. >:m My backroom has been pretty slow, and I want to look at more art. *-* I also just want to make some new friends on theO, and see who's around these days. xD If you have any friends whose portfolio you think I should check out, maybe send their username my way! ;o

ANYWAY, what's up guys. Been a while since I've posted in here. Hope you guys are all doing fine, I feel like I hardly socialize on theO anymore. ;0;/
Not much is going on over here, with me. There's only like a month left of the school year, which is weird... and nice, I'm ready for summer. xD I WANT TIME TO GOOF OFF AND DRAW.... I just worry that I'm not going to have any drive to draw when it actually is summer, though. orz Idk why I'm getting so slow about finishing drawings.
Uh, what else.
I think Nekocon's artist alley applications open in a month, which is BAD BECAUSE I HAVE LIKE NO DRAWINGS DONE.
But just about artist alleys in general: I really don't want to apply for a table by myself!! I NEED SOMEONE WHO'S DONE THIS BEFORE! I CAN'T DO THIS ALONE.... /;m; I have an internet friend who I think is tabeling at Anime Matsuri this very weekend, so maybe I'll just... ask them for lots of help and advice............

But yeah. Idk if I should even apply, 'cause not only do I want to get some drawings done, but I also want to finish my Virion cosplay. And also want make a Roy cosplay. I JUST WANT TO BE PRODUCTIVE THIS SUMMER BUT I KNOW I WON'T BE WEEHH. "orz Sorry this is turning into such a downer post, it wasn't supposed to;;; Ahaha.
SPEAKING OF ROY, I REALLY HOPE THEY BRING HIM BACK AS DLC FOR SSB4....!!! I'm actually feeling pretty hopeful, I have a feeling they're going to bring back all old players as DLC eventually, considering they've already brought back Mewtwo and Lucas. BUT JUST IN CASE THEY DON'T, I voted for him in the ballot thing. AND MAYBE.... YOU SHOULD TO....??? Again, there's a fair chance that old smash players won't be counted for this ballot because they may already be planned as DLC, but YEAH. I JUST WANT ROY IN SMASH....
GIVE ME BACK MY RED HEADED SWORDSMAN...!!! ;0;/
As far as new characters go, I'd love to see Daisy as a player in smash. Or Toad/Toadette, that'd be interesting too, haha. Though Daisy would probably be cooler to play as.
