Just today I noticed that actually the sites that were accused were not taken down (well anime access wasn't, but I also think for others as well).
It seems that they lack evidences, I think and seeing how all the programs for new copyright laws are going down, we can still all otakus rest at ease knowing that things won't change and will still keep on getting better.^^
