This is my wishlist for aragorn1014's Christmas in July secret santa event. I apologize for it being so late and rushed, but i'm in the middle of finals

this isn't much of a wishlist, its actually more of a guideline. So i'm just going to set restrictions and write down the anime that i like incase you want to draw a character from an anime. But i much rather you draw any made up character from your head.(as long as the image follows the restrictions.
