No one can replace my Eli~
{This is not Hetalia related storie is just kinda random, its my first story i ever made, Again sorry about my grammar. ^^;}
Melissa also know as Eli was a middle school 8th grader, She was a hyper and very happy-go-lucky girl but deep down she was the opposite, she was depressed and lonely. She would always think she is worth nothing, that no one would ever love her. She was a victim of bullying just because she really tried her best to fit in with the others and make friends but always failed. Her oh-so-called best friend had left her and she never does talk to her ever since she graduated. Her Ex-boyfriend also best friend (Wierd right?!) had also garduated from her middle school, He was always there for her, But as soon as he left, communication have been very difficult for them two. They had 'nothing' to talk about according to his best friend, Aiden. As the days passed Eli became very depressed, depression had taken over her. She constantly screamed for no apperently reason she would also wake up in the middle of the night crying her eyes out scared of what the voices in her head and the shadows in the corner of her room hunting her, her mother became very worried about her. Aiden knew this, She would sometimes do this when they used to talk for hours so he was very familiar with this and he knew what to do that probably the reason why Eli adored him. Aiden took care of Eli like a father would treat her daughter, Eli was very special to Aiden he would sacrifice his sleep just to talk with Eli.
One night Eli woke up in the middle of the night Screaming, Crying and Shaking she wanted death she had enough of this, Aiden and Eli havn't talked in about 3 weeks this was very wierd and Eli wasn't used to being alone at night for 3 weeks she would always talk to Aiden even for like 50 minutes. She ran to her kitchen grabbed a knife, and went back to her room. She kept crying she was in pain her eyes were very red from all the crying, He had promised her that he would never leave her but i guess that promise was broken like every best friend she had had broken the promise they all said they wouldn't brake but this promise was diffrent from the other promises. This promise was made by a very special person she ADORED. She reached for the knife and slowly cutted her veins, blood started to fall. She screamed from the pain she felt. A knock was heard, It was her mother in the other side of the door. "Eli! what's wrong honey?!" She sounded worried. She tried to open the door but it was no use, the door was locked "Eli!! what are you doing?! open the door!!". Melissa was now laying on the floor she had lost alot of blood, She started to feel light headed from all the blood loss. "I love you Aiden" She managed to say her last words with her last tear roll down her red watery eyes. Eli's mom finally found a key and opened the door, she scanned the room. She finally saw Eli she was laying down on the floor "Eli are you okay, honey?" She said rather calmed she thought Eli was asleep but then she saw it. She saw the knife that had blood on it "ELI!!" She ran and fell on her knees next to her lifeless body. "ELI!! Dear please wake up!!!" She started shaking her and she was know crying, finally she accpeted her death and pulled her into a hug "Eli what have you done...".
Days passed, all her family members were at her memorial. Aiden didn't know about this. He didn't know that she had passed away, He was recently away in a trip with his family, His mother suggested this trip but he had forgotted to tell Eli about it he hoped she wouldn't get mad at him for not telling her but to his surpriese she hadn't replied to his messeges.
About a month had passed he felt rather angry and worried, Angry because he thought Eli was ignoring him but then again if that was not the reason why she hasn't replied then probably something had happened she was rather crazy and full of sadness becuase of his fault he knew that Eli wasn't okay, he knew she needed help from a therapist but he wouldn't tell her that because he didn't wanted to insult her and she was terrified of therapist. It was already October 14, Eli's birthday. He thought of maybe visiting her and wish her a happy birthday, He asked his parenths of he could go and by surprise they said yes. When they arrieved he felt rather..... Sad..
~~~~Aiden's POV~~~~
When we arrieved at her house i felt rather... Sad.... Wait Sad? Why sad? I shoud be happy it was her birthday after all!. They parked in her driveway and he suddenly saw Eli's mom dressed in black... Black? Why was she dressed in black? did someone died? Eli's mom noticed my parenths in her driveway, She walked over towards the passengers side to say somthing to my mom. I saw my mother turned around to look at me, "Aiden, She would like to take you somewere". I got scared and became depressed when i heard this... Why was i becoming depressed?! its Eli's birthday! it should be a very exciting day!. I got out of the car and fallowed Eli's mother to a private area. She suddenly stopped. "Aiden, I would like to take you somewhere... Get in my car ill take you" She looked rather sad. I started asking myself were was Eli at? Shouldn't she be here?. I got in her car.
A few moments he had arrived in a cementary.... wait a cementary?! why are we in a cementary?! I asked her why were we in a cementary but she staid silent, Kinda like when he asked Eli if she had finished her homework but she would stay silent. She parked in the Teens section... I started to feel very sad to the point of crying.. his eyes got a bit watery... She couldn't be... Right?. He fallowed Eli's mother, Then she had stopped "Well here she is.." His eyes widened Here she is?? "What do you mean?" Aiden asked, He looked down to see a familiar name on the grave 'Melissa Vargas 1995-2013' What? no.... no... "Its not her right?! its not Eli!! right?! She is not dead?! right?!" I lost control of my self, I lost her forever... Im to late now...
~~~Eli's mother~~~
I saw him crying, "Eli did this to her self, so don't blame your self. She lost control one day... but she would always tell me that you were ignoring her until that day she lost it.. She would always give a bright smile but deep down she probably felt really alone.. We never did payed more attention to her, maybe if we had payed more attention to her we could have saved her... but now its to late, we can't do anything just to remember the memories we had with her, I know you should have some memories with her." I looked at him, he was laying down next to her grave his eyes were closed and still crying "She loved you very much, it hurted her when she thought you were ignoring her and not talking to her very much in Skype.... I know this because she left a letter saying of how much it hurted not seeing you everyday.." I felt a tear roll down my cheek "Aiden, she also said that you got to move on and continue with life, She wants to see you with alot of children..." I heard no response from Aiden other than a "I love you Eli..." It was rather late now... I knew we had to leave but i knew he wouldn't want to leave her grave "Aiden its time to go, your mother should be worried by now" i heard a crying Aiden say no but i helped him get up and took him to my car.
"Eli, i love you no one ever could replace you.... never"
