So having been hated by the internets and working I am late in reporting how my chocolate abomination exchange with my friend A-ko who was visiting that week.
My recipe:
About 500g dark chocolate for candies
1 medium orange zest and 3 tablespoons of the juice
1 large ancho pepper groung
white pepper and cayenne pepper
1/4 cup heavy cream
I melted the choclate than added the cream, cayenne, orange zest and juice, and ancho.
Made mounds on baking sheet and dusted with white pepper.
Cooled, fridged and gave next day.
Turned out good. Granted A-ko made white chocolate risotto balls with a dark chocolate coating. No recipe to share there.
