Works: Cashier at the dining center/market on my campus. I work with nice people and get free food. It's been good.

Likes: Reading, writing, receiving compliments, drawing, listening to music, complaining, skiing, making people laugh, Harry Potter, dark chocolate, Ben and Jerry's, changing peoples' computer backgrounds to weird random stuff while they're not looking, epic soundtracks that motivate me.

Hates: Any sort of stinging insect, that awkward moment when there's an inside joke and I don't get it. Any awkward moment at all, really. Also early-morning exams and 9-hour work shifts.

Interesting facts: I have color-changing eyes. They go between blue and gray, and I actually have a couple pictures to prove this. I collect fortune cookie fortunes, chapsticks, and paper books, because I'm afraid they may soon go out of print. Also, I recently found out about a rare phenomenon that occurs in some peoples' brains when they hear certain sounds or perceive certain things. It's called ASMR, and it triggers a tingling sensation that spreads from the head to the limbs. I have had this all my life and it's really cool, but I never knew it was an official thing or that it was rare until this year.

My current obsessions: Jody Mills and just Supernatural in general, dyeing my hair multiple colors so that I feel like a dragon, staying up all night reading the weirdest fanfiction I can find while wondering what I am doing with my life, making sure I eat enough protein, ASOIAF (the show's not half as good as the books and I'll fight you on this, but I'm also obsessed with the soundtrack), any quote by GLaDOS, basically anything about Portal really, creepers from Minecraft, and this Game of Thrones fanvid.

Favorite Manga/anime: Black Butler by far. Sebastian's been my only anime crush.

Some stuffs about me: First and foremost, I'm a writer and storyteller. Of all the things that have changed in my life, that's been a constant and I'm pretty sure it always will be. I'm also an artist and a calligrapher. I like to read beyond reason and when I'm into a very good book I won't notice if my current dwelling falls down around me. I'm a passionate skier. I love nature and hope to live in a place with a lot of forests, mountains, or ocean later in life. I'm pretty weird and can also be kinda awkward......yeah. I really like random facts and tidbits of information. Always open to new suggestions about books, anime, manga, TV shows, etc. Always open to talk or just listen to anyone who needs to vent.
And I love bacon. A lot. Probably too much.

Update-ifying

So it's that time, the time when I need to update ALL my worlds. Why? Because soon is MY BIRTHDAY! And...HOLY PLATYPUS I'M GOING TO BE 18! It's so weird...i definitely don't feel like a grown-up. I'M SCARED!!! anyways...my worlds...they'll be new and improved, soon. Oh, and I made 2 more, which i'm still working on. So, yeah...

New art stuffs

So yesterday my dad and I went out and he got me some calligraphy ink. I got the standard black and also blue, green, and purple. He got me some parchment as well because the ink tends to get blotchy on regular paper. My teacher gave me a pen and a set of nibs as a graduation present so now I can make more craft stuff! Yay! I tested out the purple ink making my mom a mother's day card and it came out all right.

Also I got some new outdoor spray paints and stencils so I can decorate our lawn chairs. We usually just paint them white because we live out in the middle of nowehere and our house isn't too big. We don't really hold a lot of gatherings; our neighborhood is a very private and isolated place those who choose to live here do so because they like nature, peace, and privacy. However, all the relatives are coming up for my graduation and we're going to have a party, so we're trying to spruce the place up a bit. We're repainting and replanting everything. I don't know what can be done about repainting the tree fort though...it would take so much time. My dad insisted on painting it brown years ago to match the house, but then we had the house re-sided blue and now we just have this giant brown box up there. I'd like to paint it some other color...oh well.

I'm actually really psyched to paint these chairs, guys. Oh, and also I HAVE CUTE STICKERS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to get some of those too...

Blah

So I uploaded my calligraphy art to theO but....then I realized that most of it has my full name written on it. I try to be more careful than that on the internet, so I had to delete it. I promise I'll put more up sometime...I'll just have to use Photoshop or something and blur out my name.

Job idea

So I'm going to need a way to bring in a little extra money...and my teacher gave me one. I'm in my second Calligraphy class at school and I'm pretty good at it. I may start posting my calligraphy art projects here, possibly, or writing calligraphy quotes on my fanart rather than using computer texts. My teacher told me that one of her former students makes good money doing calligraphy for other people, especially for weddings since lots of people want their invitations done in calligraphy fonts. That would actually be an awesome job, and not too difficult for me. I like to write and I like art. It could be perfect.
