So. Most of the schools in our area are out today. But they made our school district go in. I'm kinda pissed because last time they kept us in school during a windstorm, it was a disaster. I'm gonna have to walk home when the winds are picking up today. Tomorrow, they'll probably just keep us home. I'll stay inside with hot cocoa and candles in case we lose power. I just hope a tree doesn't fall on us (we kinda live in a forest) but we had an inspector come out and take down the trees that were likely to fall. I just hope school's in on Wednesday for Halloween, because we have our costume contest and I worked really hard on mine. That's pretty much it.

BUT SERIOUSLY, SCHOOL DISTRICT? HURRICANE. DANGEROUS. WIND. RAIN. Who decided to send us in today, anyways?
