Okay, so I just got a mac and I'm having a problem syncing my iPod. Basically, when I went to the help site, it gave me a bunch of advice (download the most recent version, restart iPod, et cetera) and I did all that and I am still having the same problem. I tried to go to their "contact an expert" but that just led me from paghe to page without actually putting me in contact with an expert. If anyone else thinks they can help me, please comment, because I'm very frustrated right now and just about at the end of my rope. I hate technology.
