Ok so first off, when I turned on my laptop this morning, it updated stuff for me. I really didn't know what it was updating (it's random) and when I connected to wi-fi, Internet Explorer came up and I saw that it was different. I looked at it and I thought it got down-graded because I didn't have Norton and that I thought my laptop was getting slower and whatnot, but, instead it got upgraded to Internet Explorer 9. I was kind of sad that my favorites toolbar was gone, and then the site that let me know that my Internet had been upgraded showed me that the star in the top right corner was my favorites and stuff. SO, I'm ok with the upgade, and it seems to make my internet a little faster, but without Norton or anything for protection, it's still slow.:P
