Amarie looked at Ed while he was explaining and apologising, After the explanation, her eyes became less cold and more sympathetic. 'It's ok' She did a half smile to him, looked out to the hall again looking at Adarius then back to Ed. 'Where did you go? I mean you missed to lessons. You were gone two hours.' When Mr. Durant came in she got up from her bench 'You coming Ed?' She asked politely as she went to stand where the others were. As instructed by there teacher. When she got there she was quite intrigued with the fact that they may go out for field experiences' in the art of defence and was very impressed in how fast Mr.Durant was able to throw the basket ball and how hard it launched, and she was also amazed at how fast he caught it up again. She had only just been able to dodge impact with it by swerving her back a little. She couldn't wait to start practicing and wanted to be the one to throw the ball before she was made to swap sides to where she had to catch it. 'Ed... want to partner up with me?' She asked. 'I didn't want you to be on your own... and I wanted to say... I'm sorry that Adarius has started to ignore you. It's not fair that he does. So I would like to partner you instead... if you would like?' She did a little half smile. She wasn't used to being this kind and it felt wrong on her, but she wanted to make Ed feel welcome again. He obviously felt out of place right now and that was never fair... not even to a made vampire.
