Sessa looked up at Ed and Amarie, her eyes glistening. Even though she didn't know who Lucy was she was still sad that the girl had died, even though she had tried to kill them.

Now she had two secrets to keep, praise from her teacher, a death, and some new friends(at least she hoped they would be) all in her first day of school. Sessa sat back, looking down at the floor between her paws. She tried to block out the sound of the vampires talking unsuccessfully. Closing her eyes she saw Lucy's face before she died again, and then her parents'. She wrapped her tail around her paws, choking back tears.
