Niko had just woke up from a long nap, and he ran down the stairs of his owner's house. Niko was a white cat, with red eyes and a black paw-print marking on his shoulder. He had long fur.

"Feed me," he mewed. His owner, Hikari, opened up a can of cat food. Niko ate it, and mewed, "Can I go outside?" Hikari let him out.

He ran to Misty's owner's house. Misty was a grey cat, with green eyes and short fur, with a white paw-print on her shoulder. Misty was owned by Keitaro, who Niko was afraid of. "Hello, Niko." Misty purred, her eyes sparkling. "Hi, Misty." Niko mewed.

"I've been with my owner for so long I've forgot what these paw-print markings are for." he said. "These paw-print markings connect your Spirit to your Ninja Form's Spirit. You can fight in the Ninja Form, and only a few cats can use it."
