Taro: *sighs* Let's just get on with the story before I try to kill myself again...
"Is it about Taro being this big?" Jess interrupted her nervously, "Cause I'm sorry, I didn't know he'd grow to be that big... I mean- I know he'd grow but- I'M SORRY!"
Meru couldn't help but chuckle. "No, no... It's nothing like that little one. It's quite all right."
Jess looked up at her, somewhat confused at what she had just heard, probably assuming she'd get in trouble. "Oh... then... what is it?"
Meru gave a light smile, turned, and started walking into the cave. "Just follow me dear..."
Jess blinked, hesitantly looking back at the mouth of the cave for a second but figured it wouldn't hurt for her to follow. Jess hurried, trying to catch up with the woman... After all, Meru couldn't be bad, could she?
Somewhere else...
"Is he still following?" Deiara asked Spits again.
"Not sure... I'm sure he is still following though," Spits replied, looking behind her while still maintaining his grip on the shoulder of her shirt.
Deiara came to an abrupt stop, slamming into the side of a tree at a curve within the path. "... ow..." Deiara said, shrugging it off.
"You okay, dollface?"
Deiara rubbed her side, that possibly had bruised ribs. "Fine. I've been dealt worse," she replied, taking off running again.
"Where are we going anyway?" Spits felt he had to ask.
"We can't go to my house, it'd be too obvious," Deiara replied.
"Then where?"
"The Nara clan's forest."
