Alrighty, I'm caving in.
Weight has always been on my mind.
Tried countless fad diets, pills, exercises, etc etc.
ANYONE out there lose weight quick? Or any loss of weight in that matter? Please give me tips and how the heck you get motivated everyday.
I want to move on. Because this weight-self-conscious stigma is seriously eating away my life.
