Appearance: He’s a bit thin but stronger then he looks. He somewhat soft features but can still look fierce and serious when he needs to. He has an average build to him. Flat stomach can see a slight amount of abs that want to show up but not much.
Outfit: He wears a purple and grey tank top under a black zip up hoodie with grey lining and the sleeves are usually pushed up to just before his elbows. He also wear a bronze and silver bracelet Blue jeans with the bottoms rolled up to about mid calf and holes in the knees a white and grey belt. Black boots that have a belt around them and they stop at about mid calf.
Personality: He is a little shy at first but can quickly become attached to someone if he likes them. He has a bit of ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). He tries to hide when something is making up set, mad or jealous, but…he thinks he does a good job and it doesn’t work at all. Usually when he’s jealous of someone he is one of those people like you see in anime when their following some. That goes for dressing up and everything. He likes to think that he’s sneaking but he’s not at all. But he really is a sweet heart and loves to help others. He likes to hear people laugh and see them having fun.

Bio: Jay is Kyo’s younger brother. He was four when he first met his older brother because Kyo came home for Christmas. At first Jay was really quiet and shy around Kyo because he wasn’t too sure who he was but once Kyo showed that he wasn’t going to do anything to him he instantly grew attached to his older brother. When Jay turned six he got into a fight with some of the bullies in school and in his frustration ended up bending the ground under one of the bullies and launched him into the air. Doing this scared the other kids and made them run home.
Jay kept it a secret from everyone, but he brought pebbles into the house so he could practice on his own. A few months later an older elemental from the academy came to the Grim house once again. Their parents thought that something happened to Kyo, but were confused when they were told that their younger boy is an elemental. That’s when Jay had to show his parents that he could bend earth and soon after he was brought to the academy.
Jay was smart, but he has a hard time sitting still and paying attention so he ended up almost having to repeat a few classes. When he meet Toshiro for the first time he became instantly jealous of him and is still secretly jealous of him because of how close he is to his older brother. Though now that he’s older he tries not to show when something is bothering him even though it is blatantly obvious. But he really respects Sasuke and the others and how friendly they are and how much they are willing to help out when he has a question.
When he turned fifteen he started to learn how to lava bend. Being a rare trait the only person who could teach him was one of the older gentlemen from in town. He didn’t mind being away from the academy to hang out with them old man. He told him some great stories that he hopes that he can share with his friends one day when he can sit still long enough to tell them.
Weapon: Two kusarigama, each with two scythe blades facing in opposite directions with long, thin handles and they are tethered together by a long chain.

Anything Else?: He’s ambidextrous so he can write with both hands. He loves snowboarding, ice skating, roller balding, and skateboarding. He also loves mint cookies, gum, mint tea, and different types bubble tea. If someone's room is too messy or something it crooked it drives him nuts and he get's really antsy till the person says that he can fix it or clean their room. He enjoy's listening to a large variety of music thanks to living with Aaron. His room mates are Aaron, Gilbert, and Sean. They live in the dorm that's a few houses down to the left from Sasuke and the other's dorm.
