History: His father left his mother when Elliott was very young so he doesn’t really know what his father looked like. His mother married his step-father when he was five and soon after his mother was pregnant with Elliott’s little brother.
When Elliott was nine and at a pool party with some of his classmates one of his classmates pushed him into the deep end of the pool. When he came up and instead of splashing water up at the laughing classmates, with tear filled eyes he ended up pulling a ball of water up from the pool and drenching his classmates.
He was confused and shocked at what he was able to do and his classmates panicked and ran from him. When he showed his parents what he could do with water when they asked him what happened and they didn’t believe him they started to keep him home and home school him. Whenever the family went out he was told o stay home and watch the cat. When they left he would just go and swim in their pool. He wasn’t allowed to swim and really interact with any of his brother’s friends when he had them over so he would just be up in his room read or draw.
