Temperament: Yuki seems happy and hyper. She lets her emotions pour forward most of the time. But inside she is searching for herself. Her true self. She has a hard time knowing what is wrong from right and resorts to Makoto Shishio's words "Only the strong survive, The weak die" So her personality takes a change in only showing happyness like Sojiro. Because to her, if she does not give into her emotion, she is strong. Yuki is a very needy person, buts he is kind and tender hearted.
Background: Yuki was born to a nice family. When she was 6 her family suffered through a bus crash and her mother was thrown into a coma. Her dad became an alcoholic and wouldn't let Yuki see her mother. everytime Yuki would come home from school, she would clean house and try to make her father happy, he would come home and beat her. When she was 11 she was shipped to a foster home, where she found proper care. but her past lingered with her. She left her Foster home at age 17, renting an apartment and finding a job at a music store. She was fired on her 18th birthday and kicked out of her home. She wondered the streets till she was 19. She the found an abandon house and stayed there. One day she heard a ripping sound in the living room and found Sojiro in her house. It seemed he had traveled into the future by hitting a soft spot in time and space with his shukuchi. He stays with her and ends up telling her his life story. When he goes back to the 1800s, he grabs her and takes her with. There she finds a life of living in Shishio's rule. And she is trained under Sojiro.
