So I've seen plenty of these videos on Youtube - ones in which people list whom they think are the hottest guys in all of anime, and it's pretty interesting seeing the different tastes in men. So I decided to add my input and make a list. Why top 40? Well, for some reason a lot of those videos were "Top 40", and besides, 40 seemed to be a good cut-off point.

I'll do the first 20 now, and do the top 20 sometime later (maybe tomorrow, maybe Sunday... not sure)
