Thanks to all of you who are writing in with your experiences, we're working on the issues.

Please follow these steps to ensure that you're seeing a glitch with our new comment system and not with your browser's cache:

(1) Internet Explorer: Hold CTRL and then click refresh a few times.
(2) FireFox: Hold CTRL and then click refresh. If you're on a Mac, hold COMMAND + SHIFT then click refresh.

For other browsers, try a combination of holding CTRL or CTRL + SHIFT and then hitting refresh.

The two biggest glitches we've seen are:
(1) It doesn't work in Opera, which is major.
(2) When you close the comment window, the screen will often freeze for a few seconds
