5 minutes and Kiba hadn’t moved. Inuko hung onto the handle of her sword tightly. The way the blood flowed down his face, it almost looked as if he was crying. Could she have killed him? With that single punch? Impossible! But the only other reason she could think of is that he died of a broken heart…..

He had been the only boy who had ever loved her for her companionship. He had more in common with her than even her family members and friends did. That fight was just another strange courtship game to him, a way of having fun together while getting physically close. He didn’t think he had hurt her; her blood was invisible when soaked into the red dress she had been wearing. Then he asked her to marry him. After all that love, all that passion he had shown, what did she do? She punched him in the face and killed him.
