Again, being lost in a forest that was much thicker than it looked on the outside is maddening. Mocha was figuring that out when Alphaeus the Rabbit-Bishie decided that he didn't know where to go.
"What good are you if you don't even know your way to your own workplace?" -_- Mocha glared at him.
"I'm sorry! I've been...AWOL for a time." >_>
"...how late are you?"
"Two years."
Mocha facepalmed. "WHAT GOOD ARE YOU, THEN?!"
"I can provide...entertainment?" He grinned sheepishly, but Mocha pulled a rabbit out of her hat, which promptly kicked Alphaeus in the face. "OW!"
"I need to get home! I feel lonely without my disaster twin." She muttered the last part.
"Oh, so you really do need a hand, then?"
The voice came from above, high in a tree. A neko sat there, dressed in purple, her fluffy tail waging slowly.
"You!" Mocha pointed epicly. "You're the one I saw at the tea party. You're the Cheshire cat, right?"
"I prefer Cheshire Neko!" She yelled, offended, but there were tears in her eyes. "Can't you all tell that I'm Japanese? That makes me awesomer." ;w;
-.- "Can you tell us where the Queen's palace is?"
The Cheshire cat blinked. "You're not going to ask why it's so crazy here? Or how to actually get out? Going to the queen may not actually help you, you know."
Mocha continued to stare at the neko. "Nope."
"But...but..." Her eyes filled with tears, "That's where I get to say 'Oh, but we're all mad here' and it sounds cool!"
Mocha decided that she would indulge the cat. "Ok, is there anywhere where there aren't any mad people?"
The Neko stopped crying. She grinned, starting to disappear. "Nope. We're all mad here~ I can tell you how to get there, but I don't guarantee anything!"
"Just tell me."
"This waaaay~" A door in the tree opened for Mocha and Alphaeus. "But like I said, nothing is as it seems." With that she slowly vanished, leaving only her mouth, and then it was gone too.
Alphaeus' eyes widened and he hopped inside the door, one that led them into a rose garden.
