12. Tokyo Mew Mew(It has only one opening song)
My Sweet Heart - Rika Komatsu
I first saw this opening in my middle school days. I was absolutely obsessed with Tokyo Mew Mew back then. I read the mangas like crazy, I loved the characters, and the artwork.
One of the things I loved about the Tokyo Mew Mew opening was the adorable animation. It was one of the first actual Japanese anime openings I was ever exposed to and it always holds a special place in my anime heart. I love this song so much. It's sweet, adorable, and fits its anime well. Enjoy my 12th favorite opening "My Sweet Heart" from Tokyo Mew Mew.

11. Shugo Chara! (Ending #1)
Honto no Jibun - Buono!
Here is #11 in my Top 12 Anime Openings and Endings countdown, "Honto no Jibun" performed by Buono and ending 1 of the anime Shugo Chara!
I watched Shugo Chara back in high school. I was a junior I think when I first watched it. Anyways Honto no Jibun was always my favorite ending from this anime in the fact that the animation was cute, concise, and fit its ending song well.
This ending had the perfect flow of everything. I highly enjoyed watching it at the end of the show. I absolutely loved the song and it was adorable. I still love this ending now. Is it my top favorite ending, no not really but its still special to me.
