I'm Umeda Isao. I'm trying to make it as a mangaka in America. And it is here that I'll be putting up some of my ideas I have for mangas and/or animes. I would like everyone's opinion on them so if you have anything that could help improve my stories, please tell me! Your opinions will help me better myself as a mangaka.

I bought the complete series of Samurai Champloo on Friday and I love this episode with beatboxer AFRA. I laughed my freakin ass off! It's cool to hear the beats but funny to think that's a Japanese guy beatboxing XD
I'm too used to it being done by this guy at my job who's an "aspiring rapper" *cough cough*...poser. Anyway enjoy this clip and listen to how epic these beats are!

Starting Anew

I've been contemplating to myself for a while and realized something...I think I'm gonna try a new story. I mean, UNDERGROUND was something that I took alot of pride in planning but I don't feel it going anywhere anytime soon. It saddens me to say it...I'm going to start anew; I'm going to put UNDERGROUND on the side and start on a new project. This is actually a story my little brother and I created. I've had this sitting in my idea folder for a while now so here it is.

KINDLE

Fire; an element that has helped shape the world. It brought both comfort and warmth as well death and destruction. Man’s double-edged source of power. In time, man was able to control and harness this weapon. Those said to wield such skill were known as “Kasoujin”; humans with the ability to control fire and bend it to their own whim and desire. However, arrogance among the Kasoujin lead to the abuse of the power they were gifted with. This almost brought about the world's end with an incident known as the "Black Death" resulting in deaths among both Kasoujin and Humans.

Frightened by this incident, nations around the world came together and established “The World Law”, to forever ban the use of a Kasoujin’s power in public and punish those who should defy this law. Those who were to carry out this order are the members of Kindle, a group of Kasoujins who have controlled their powers through the art of Enjutsu and secretly serve to preserve peace within the world. They must operate in the shadows so as not to bring human casualties within their affairs. Forever a struggle between renegade Kasoujins and the Kindle, this battle continues today...with the next heir to the Endou Family...Seiichi Endou is the next in line to carry on his family's name making him a prime target to the Renegades. With so much riding on his shoulders, he must protect his fellow classmates without letting them who he really is...a Kasoujin.

I'm Homesick T^T

I've always missed Hawaii but listening to this reminded me of where I came from. I lose myself in the music and remembering so many things...walking through shopping districts in Honolulu...just kickin it feeling the nice ocean breeze...eating my aunt's home-cooking...*sigh* I miss home.
