Why did it suck? I'll tell you why...
Lately, Las Vegas has been constantly hit with rain. Now that's not a bad thing. You know how if you drive in the rain, you USUALLY drive extra slow so you don't lose control of your vehicle. You guys also know how much I love cars and drifting right? So, me being stupid, I thought I could handle the rain. I went charging into a small corner going at least 45-50 mph then what happened?....I MESSED UP MY CAR!!! Dx
Well maybe I'm overexaggerating the damage but it feel like crap for the rest of the day. I damaged my baby...my pride and joy...T^T I couldn't control my car because it's a Front Wheel Drive so she practically slid sideways through the corner. Coming out of it, I couldn't re-stabilize and hit the curb.
My rim is all messed up and the tire was caved in. Not only that, she started to wobble as I continued driving. One of my buddies who is a mechanic told me "I hope it's not your ball joints dude or you're screwed."My world nearly shattered when I heard that it might be my car's ball joints.
A little insight on what ball joints are; whenever you turn your car, there is a little mechanism on the sides of your car's axle that controls that. These parts are EXPENSIVE and I could never afford it.
So after putting the spare tire on, it didn't seem to wobble anymore so it wasn't my ball joints *Hooray!* but now I had to get a new rim for my car which my mechanic buddy gave to me and installed on my car for a nice price.
Now my baby is fixed and nothing seems to be wrong with her anymore <3 Sorry for the unusually long post but I had to get this off my chest...I feel better now :3
