"Uh...we were attacked before you showed up." Ximh tried to explain. "There's another organization besides ours...they're not exactly friendly with us either."
I growled...I swear every time I turn my back something hapans without me knowing. Xait had a weird expression on his face....he hadn't taken his eyes off the projection.
"Xait?" Ximh asked. "What? You know that person?"
He acted nonchalantly...as he rejected it. "What? No..."
"Okay..." he moaned. "Let's get going then. But...seriously...." He started pulling a container from inside his coat. "Do any of you know HOW we're going to use this?? I have no idea..."
I grabbed it from Ximh’s hands and began examining it. "Right...yes....and this does that..." She mumbled as she examined it. A simple but adequate machine. "Piece of pie." I agreed with a smile.
"Pie? Isn't it supposed to be cake?" Amaterasux corrected.
"Nope!" I rejected. "Cake is too common...I say pie." I laughed.
Ximh put my hand on my face. "Whatever. If you know how to use it, then it's your job now. Just make sure you catch enough nobodies...okay?"
"Right." I accepted with a salute.
We made our way to an area with jagged rocks and chasms. Here, the defense system was currently down...so naturally the lesser nobodies swarmed here. There were literally TONS of them...and thankfully...they seemed stronger than most. Too bad I couldn’t fight them.
"Group them all up." I ordered. "I can probably fit them all in here..."
"ALL OF THEM??" Xait shouted.
"It's probable." Amaterasux agreed. "At least...if she does it by the book..."
Well it seems there is at least one sensible person here. "Whatever! Just get in there and force them all to the center!" Ximh shouted charging.
He seemed to have trouble holding himself back. He ended up killing quite a few because of it. I shouted for us to pull back, they were getting carried away. They all jumped out of the group...around. It was like a massive hole filled to the brim with lesser nobodies...us standing on the edges keeping them down.
I pressed a series of buttons on the canister and threw it high above the mass. A bright light seemed to explode from the canister...causing us all to shield our eyes. They nobodies were neatly locked inside.
"What the...?" Ximh mumbled joining the others next to the canister.
I picked it up and rubbed it lovingly. "This device is so incredible! Here's all your nobodies...neatly inside!" I handed it over. At least this place wasn’t a total waste.
They all looked at it with shock. Well...not Amaterasux. I’m guessing she read a lot of books.
So were we done with our mission?? Ximh pondered.
"So that's it right?" Yuumiex spoke quietly.
"Not yet." Ximh suddenly thought, apparently relizing the obvouis. "We should track down that white organization guy...right? Xena caught him on screen. That means he's here...so aren't we supposed to research them??" He asked.
Xait -sama seemed nervous for some reason…
”Are you okay Xait-sama?”I asked him, then turned to Ximh. “Sure………….” I didn’t really have anything else to do any way.Plus I wanted to gather some data but I’m worried about Xait-sama……..
“It’s nothing……” Xait replied finally.
