I was vaguely aware of the knock at my door. I could hear it but my mind wouldn't click at what it was.
"Xemmsur," came Triskix's voice, "We have something to retrieve."
My brain recognized his tone and I thought it was better to get up. I rolled out of bed a little bit to much and landed on the ground pulling the sheets off with me. I got to my feet and shuffled over to the door. Triskix, Lerxia, and the new guy where waiting for me.
"Hu...."
"We need to get a piston, from the world The Open Road." He said.
Things were still fuzzy from just getting up so ".......k" with a blank expression was all I gave.
Triskix opened the portal and we all followed through.
The transformation helped wake me up more. I turned into a light blue porsche.
"Wow this is so cool." I said, trying my best to get a look at myself.
