today was my first day of school XD
My schedule didnt change from how i had it on registration.
1st period-chinese: the teacher is from taiwan and just came to the US like 2 weeks ago. She used to teach english in Taiwan. We learned a couple words.
2nd-pre-calsulus honors: .....i could not believe it.....the guy i used to have a crush on my freshman year (maybe still do?) and the ironic part is that my freshman year it was also a math class but even MORE ironic is that we sit in the same table this year too ^^ yay
we started learning a different way to factor. we cut out some square things and had homework
3rd-AP music theory: we had a test DX it was for the teacher to see what we remembered from last year cause most of us had her
4th-American Studies: the teachers talked about the new attendence policies and talked about what we would be doing and then had a discussion
5th-American studies: its a double period so its the same as 4th
6th-Physics: the teacher told us the rules for his class and such things then we did an activity of measuring stuff around the room...although my friend and i never actually got up just measured stuff we had in our bookbags XD
7th-lunch: we ate.
8th-band: the teacher gave us some papers we need to sign regarding marching band. then we gave the new band members their instruments. OH OH OH something really awesome, we got cabinets!!! now we can be organized!!!
then i went home on the bus and by the way i do not like the bus driver
my ESL teacher who isnt technically MY teacher said she really wants me to take french so she was gonna see what she could do about it, even if its independent study =)
