“Nonsense it's no trouble at all. Unless you have somewhere else to go.” Mom told me.
“I don't but me just popping in and everything its just I thought you wouldn't want me with the wings and everything.” I said embarrassed.
“Max has wings too and so do most of the people here except me, Jeb and Ella.” She informed me which I was grateful for because now I didn't seem so out of place. “Ella and Max share a room so you'll have to share with Nudge and Angle.” She continued.
“Yes! We have a new room mate!” A dark skinned girl I assumed was Nudge said excitedly. “When was the last time you cut your hair its so long and its uneven.” Nudge said babbling.
“Um...Never?” I said answering her question and she just looked at me like I had just grown another head.
“Never?” Nudge echoed.
“Yeah, never had my hair cut or anything.” I said embarrassed.
“If you want we can take you to get your hair done tomorrow morning. Max and the rest of the flock have a air show tomorrow and We're all going to go watch.” Mom offered.
“Um Thanks.” I said with a awkward smile.
“Come on I'll show you our room, and you look about my size so you can borrow my clothes.” Nudge said taking me by the wrist and leading me up the stairs. 'I bet me and nudge become friends I like her.' I thought to my self.
“I like Nudge allot too.” The little girl (Angle) said appearing beside us and I just stared at her.
“Did she just...?” I said my voice trailing off as I looked from Angle to nudge and back now that we were in out room.
“Angle reads minds.” Nudge explained smiling.
“Cool.” I said still a bit freaked out.
“OK so let the make over begin!” Nudge said happily as she dug threw her closet.
“Should I be scared?” I asked looking down at Angle.
“Not unless she brings out her makeup.” Angle giggled.
“Wonderful.” I said with a sigh and let nude and Angle do what they wanted with me. It was fun but I still felt like an over sized Barbie doll.
“We gave Rose a make over!” Nudge said running down the steps and I followed behind her only I walked. I didn't look to bad. My hair was up in a ponytail and curled at the ends. I had traded in my old clothes for a new pair of jeans a green long sleeve shirt and a pair of sneakers.
“What does she look like?” A boy (Iggy I think they called him) with blond hair down to the nape of his neck asked a smaller boy beside him(who they called Gazzy) asked with a smile.
“She's really pretty.” Gazzy said then went into detail about what I was wearing and how I looked, Iggy just smiled and nodded.
“You look wonderful Rose, a little rough around the edges but you look wonderful.” Mom told me and I gave her a small smile.
“Thank you.” I said quietly as I glanced at Iggy who seemed to be looking straight at me and I looked away and I could feel myself blush. What on earth was wrong with me? I never acted this way around guys before.
