She’s a ghost!
She was alive around WWll. Her boyfriend was a soldier. He died in the
war, though. At his funeral (hence the church;see picture, below) she was playing a song on her violin as a tribute to his memory when a fire broke out. Skye was killed in the fire, but she came back as a ghost. For decades, she was trapped (by the rules of ghosthood, or something-idk) in the old church. Then Burton & Romero came along, did something with innocence, and freed her. Now she hangs around Tyki’s house w/the gang.
