Park Place to Build Colosseum Showroom at Caesars Palace

LAS VEGAS, NV - Gaming giant Park Place Entertainment announced plans to build a 4,000-seat entertainment venue at Caesars Place in Las Vegas on April 10.

Designed to resemble Rome's Colosseum, the $65 million facility will add a surprisingly new landmark to the heart of Las Vegas Boulevard, located at the entrance of a casino near Caesars' Forum Shop.

"The name Caesars has always been synonymous with the word 'entertainment' in Las Vegas," said Thomas Gallagher, CEO of Park Place. "The new location will mark the palace's return to its exceptional location.

Park Place also said it was looking into the design and feasibility of building a new 800-room hotel tower. Park Place plans to reveal details of the new project "in a few months"

The new Colosseum will stand 100 feet tall and be built on land previously used by the OmniMax movie theater. Replacing the famous circus Maximus Showroom, the Colosseum will present a huge stage covering 22,000 square feet. 카지노사이트

Already this year, the company has installed new facades in the original hotel towers at three resorts and redesigned 600 rooms, two restaurants, and parts of the casino.
