Lee Jung-hoo, "One Run, One Walk," is a disappointing no-hit for his home debut…SF
Lee Jung-hoo of the San Francisco Giants scored his second goal of the season, but unfortunately failed to garner a hit. Kim Ha-sung (29) of the San Diego Padres remained silent with no hit.
San Francisco escaped its fourth consecutive loss with a 3-2 walk-off victory over San Diego in the 2024 Major League Baseball at Oracle Park in San Francisco, California, on the 6th (Korea time).
In its home opener, San Francisco Giants made its starting lineup with Lee Jung-hoo (center fielder), Ramonte Wade Jr. (first baseman), Jorge Soler (designated hitter), Michael Conforto (left fielder), Matt Chapman (third baseman), Tyro Estrada (second baseman), Mike Yastrzemski (right fielder), Patrick Bailey (catcher) and Nick Ahmed (striker). The starting pitcher was Jordan Hicks.
Lee Jung-hoo went 0-for-3, scored one point, and walked one. He has been 0-for-no for the past two consecutive games. His season record has dropped to .260 (7 for 31), one homer, four RBIs, two runs scored, and an OPS of .620 in eight games. In the San Francisco lineup, Tiro Estrada hit a walk-off double and became the star of the day. Michael Conforto went 3 for 4 with an RBI.
San Francisco starter Jordan Hicks pitched well with five hits, five strikeouts and two runs (one earned run) in seven innings, but failed to become a winning pitcher due to lack of support from the batters. The bullpen, led by Tyler Rogers (one scoreless inning) and Camilo Doval (one scoreless inning), maintained the team's victory.
Xander Bogaerts (second baseman), Fernando Tatis Jr. (right fielder), Jake Cronenworth (first baseman), Manny Machado (designated hitter), Kim Ha-sung (striker), Jurickson Profar (left fielder), Luis Campano (captor), Graham Foley (third baseman) and Jackson Merrill (center fielder) are the starters for San Diego. Starting pitcher Dylan Sheese took the mound.
Kim was in good form in defense, but remained silent with no hits in four times at bat. His performance this season fell to a batting average of 0.216 with eight hits in three times at bat, one homer, four RBIs, four runs scored and three steals, with an OPS of 0.653 in 10 games. San Diego starter Dylan Sheese allowed four hits, two walks, seven strikeouts and two runs in six innings. He achieved a quality start (less than three earned runs in six innings), but failed to record a win due to lack of support from the batters. Led by Yuki Matsui (one scoreless inning), Wandy Peralta (one ⅓ scoreless inning), and Yenel de Los Santos (one run in 0 innings), the bullpen allowed a finishing loss.
San Diego's leadoff hitter Xander Bogaerts quickly got within the scoring position with a double in the top of the first inning. After getting a chance to third base with one out on Fernando Tatis Jr.'s base hit, San Diego easily took the lead, with Jake Cronenworth hitting a timely RBI single. However, Manny Machado hit a double play and failed to take advantage of the extra point.
In the bottom of the first inning, San Francisco's leadoff hitter Lee Jung-hoo drew a walk against San Diego's right-handed starter, Dylan Cease. LaMonte Wade Jr. and Jorge Soler failed to advance and stepped down to base, but Michael Conforto hit an RBI double to balance the game. Lee scored his second goal of the season.
The San Diego Padres put forward Kim Ha-sung as the leadoff hitter in the second inning. However, starting pitcher Jordan Hicks' sinker first pitch of 91.5 miles per hour was caught by a grounder to the second base. Both Jurickson Profar and Luis Campano remained silent.
However, he had another chance in the third inning. With the bases loaded with one outs in the third inning, San Diego got on base thanks to Jackson Merrill's single. Bogartz almost hit a double play when he hit a pitch in front of the pitcher, but Hicks delivered a hard hit to second base, giving his team a chance with one out and runners on first and third. Tatis Jr. hit a timely RBI single, giving his team the lead again. However, Cronenworth's ball was caught by shortstop and he was out at second base, and he slid too many times and was judged to have hindered his defense, resulting in the end of the inning.
San Francisco's first batter, Lee Jung-hoo, hit a 97.7 miles (157.2 kilometers) four-seeded six-pitch four-seam in the bottom of the third inning, but he grounded out to the first base. Wade Jr. and Soler both went out helplessly. Kim Ha-sung also hit a 95.3 miles sinker for Hicks' fifth pitch with one out in the top of the fourth inning, but he was out due to a grounder to the shortstop this time.
Trailing 1-2, San Francisco began its counterattack in the top of the sixth. Leadoff hitter Wade Jr. walked away, and Conforto hit a big ball and hit the wall in right field. Matt Chapman had an RBI single to tie the game at 2-2.
With one out in the top of the seventh inning, Kim swung the bat at Hicks' four-pitch 84.4 mile (135.8 km) splitter, but was caught by a foul fly to the first baseman. Lee appeared as the leadoff hitter in the bottom of the eighth inning and hit left-handed relief pitcher Wandy Peralta's sinker at 95 miles (152.9 km) per hour, but was caught by shortstop Kim Ha-sung and was out.
Merkur Gaming records continued success at ICE Totally Gaming
At the 2018 edition of ICE Total Gaming, which once again broke all records, Mercur Gaming and the entire Gaselman group gathered visitors from all over the world to see what was the largest and best-attended booth at London Excel's North Hall, a real "game experience" to see new games, new cabinets and new innovative solutions.
The "gaming experience" was the Gazelman Group's promise ahead of the show. With Mercur Gaming leading the way and joining the group's subsidiaries CashPoint and XTiP, Britain's edict, epg, GeWeTe, Blueprint Gaming and Spain's Merkur Dosniha delivered their promise in full and stylish style.
Taking up a spot at the Mercur booth was a special three-themed area in the gaming world, featuring games inspired by Egypt, Asia, and the ever-popular fruit gaming sector. Fruit games remain an ever-present classic, which is now a favorite of established players, offered in new, modern, and fresh styles. To enhance the theme, more than 150 kg of fresh fruit, a treat for the taste buds as much as the game itself is for the eyes, allowed visitors to enter during the three-performance day.
The image of Buddha and the mandarin character meaning 'lucky' welcomed visitors to the Asian Games World, which combines flying dragons, legendary jade treasures, and Chinese lanterns, to highlight the 'Mercourt' Asian Games experience currently available. Also a favorite of players from all over the world are games that have their origins in the fable lands and endless deserts of ancient Egypt. The tombs of the ancient pharaohs contain more than just dreams, mysterious symbols, and intimidating curses, and while the themes truly belong to ancient times, the ICE presentation showed a very modern interpretation of the game.
Newly showcased at ICE were the game creations of Sunshine Games, a subsidiary based in Las Vegas, Mercury Gaming America. Sunshine Games' portfolio will help lead Mercury Gaming America 2018 into the U.S. market with a rapidly expanding gaming range "in the United States, by Americans, and for Americans."
Overall, the Mercur Gaming Exhibition at ICE featured more than 100 pinned sharp games, which together show the depth of innovation and creativity that symbolizes Mercur Gaming as a world leader. Great gaming deserves and is required to have great cabinets. (All of these are also available in Mercur Gaming's elegant matte black series.) ICE, along with prominent stars Avant-garde, Avant-garde Trio, Mercur Star, and Evosta, showcased the launch of a new product, G-Box, designed specifically for the needs of high street, gourmet, and pop markets. These truly small, sturdy cabinets bring together the highest quality and excellent gaming convenience. Equipped with two 21.5-inch widescreen full-HD monitors, G-Box is the ultimate space-saving solution for bars and small-sized arcades.
Also on display was a brand new Mercur gaming curved cabinet that will be launched internationally during 2018 on ICE. The sleek and stylish curved line offers new highlights of the Mercur product portfolio, a presentation that drew great attention from visitors to ICE's Mercur gaming booth.
One of the real highlights of Mercur Gaming's ICE 2018 was the notable increase in the number of international visitors. Interest in Mercur Gaming has always been high from countries across Europe (including Eastern Europe in particular), Africa, Asia, and the United States, as well as throughout Latin America and the Caribbean, with the show itself described by senior executives as the best performance yet.
Atanasios "Sakis" Isakidis, Chief Executive Officer and Head of International Product Management at Mercur Gaming, succinctly summed up ICE 2018 and Mercur Gaming's experience, saying, "Our ICE success story continues: more customers, more visitors, and greater market penetration."

DJ Hardwell, a Las Vegas resident, wowed the audience with recent remixes of popular classics as well as his own greatest hits. Other new titles from StakeLogic included the Big 5 jungle jackpot, Mariachi, and Wizards of the Night.

This large-scale project will develop localized social solutions for each casino that expands the property's branding and marketing capabilities.

At ICE 2018, the platform highlighted expanded gaming options with popular content from NOVATMIC and third parties, as well as a new Plurius 4-step mystery jackpot. The solution is available in market-leading NOVATMIC cabinets V.I.P. Lounge, NOVOSTAR V.I.P. III, and GAMINATOR GAMINATOR Scorpion to demonstrate how players can instantly switch between devices.
