Izumi is sorry... :/
I had stumbled back from running into someone, and in the process, I had hit a light switch, hardly.
"Owch!" I rubbed the pain away in my elbow. I began to tear up. Don't blame me, it hurt! Dispite me blurred vision, I scanned the room. There was lots of books. Is this...? Well, duh, of course it is a libray! Everything was covered in dust: paint was peeling, the floor was water-damaged, and the roof was begining to fall and peice off.
I looked at a slection of books. History, history, health, and history! I wanted to go and look somewhere else, but I also wanted to sit down. So I just grabbed a book.
The Strenght in Steel? Nice choice! I opened the thick, copper-coloured cover and saw a cute little crayon picture. A picture book? In such an old libray? Maybe... But not for the students.
There are lots of metals, like copper, which is brown, or gold, which is a warm yellow colour.
Some metals by themself are strong and can do a lot, but sometimes the can do even more...
With help from a friend!
Here it showed a picture of a tin can and a pipe holding hands.
"'Some metals have even more strenght and flexability when two metals are melted into one...'"
A voice read the next page. "Sometimes I wonder if they want to bonded together... Like destiny, you know?"
Her face was soft and well defined. Here hair was long and in akin color to mine. A feather was in her hair, which I thought was rather modern. Her dress was white and her feet were odd. They were pointed to a point, and she... Wasn't walking.
"You believe in destiny, right? Magic and all that junk?" She sat on the table.
"Yeah." I stuttered.
"And maybe... You have a wish?" She leaned closer towards me.
