Airi grabbed my head and stared at me. "I don't think that's natural.",'she said as she moved my head toward the water so I could see. I looked down and saw green horns on my head. "How did you get those?", Airi asked. "The old man must've done this.", I said as I leaned back only to feel a sharp pain behind me. I turned around to see Airi pulling a tail. "And you've got a tail!", she said trying to hold back a laugh. "Alright, when I get my hands on him..", I mumbled as I looked over at Airi. "So Bason, what do we do now?", Airi asked. "I'd like to find more info on your spirit crystal.", I said as I pushed us away from the shore. "We'll use this to move across the lake.", I said as we drifted. Eventually, we came to a group of large rocks and had to dock. We followed a winding path up to a cavern and stopped. "Odd.", I said as as looked over at Airi. "What is it?", she asked. "Well, these walls are decorative. We've seen many places where people have lived but this is still in tact.", I said as we continued. I followed Airi trough the passageways and we came to a cliff overlooking a town. "It's huge!", Airi said happily as she walked down the cliff edge to the town. "There doesn't seem to be anyone living here though.", I said as I followed her. "But there might be a library here, and maybe even a food storeroom and a bath house.", Airi said. "That's true.", insaid as we walked down into the town. We walked a ways into it and arrived at a large building with a waterfall behind it. "This must be the bath house.", I said as I around for a temple or a library. "I'll go find us food.", I said as I turned and left. I walked for a while until I came across a large building. I walked up to the door and opened it, the smell of food wafting out from behind. Suddenly, beings with spears and clubs jumped out and knocked me to the ground. "Monster! Why are you here?", a being shouted while pointing a spear at me. "Back off!", I said as I pulled the spear away and snapped it. As I did that, a large man stepped up and hit me with a club. I tumbled across the floor and a group began to beat me with clubs. I couldn't take all of them, there was just to many. "Airi...run, run away fast...", I shouted in my mind as I was being struck. I repeated it over and over again, not knowing if I could talk to her through our minds. I had to try though so I continued to say it over again in my head...then everything went dark.
