Side Job

We walked into the school.
“And I thought this place was big on the out side.” I muttered looking around.
I saw ghosts randomly peeking out from the doorways of closed off class rooms.
“Do they even know that they have ghosts all over this school?” I asked.
“Probably not but I’m guessing our client has been beginning to worry.” Emiko told me as we finally came up to the principals’ office.
A girl that had to be at least 16 but it was hard to tell with the way she looked ripped the door open and stormed off down the hall.
“Oh good you’re here please follow me.” The principle greeted.
We walked in and she shut the door behind us.
“Let me guess you’re thinking that there are ghosts in your school and they are disrupting the kids?” Emiko stated sitting down in a chair.
“How did you know?” She asked astound.
“Miss we get calls like this all the time. Don’t worry we’ll find out if there are ghosts in this school.” Aisling commented sounding confident.
“Now we will be investigating mostly after dark but we will have one of our investigators in the school during hours to “see” if anything is happening with the students.” Emiko said.
“And I’m guessing by one of us you mean me?” I sighed I knew it was coming she loves doing this to me when ever we get a call at a school.
“Precisely.” She smiled at me. “Ryuu is a very good student Miss and he is one of our strongest mediums.” She explained to the principal.
“Very well then I want you to keep a certain student close to you while you are here. Her name is Mari. You’ll know who she is when you see her.” She said.
“I can do that no problem.” I smirked. “Will I have to wear one of those uniforms?” I didn’t sound every happy about that part.
“Yes every student is required to wear one.” She told me.
She explained to us the situation. “Come to my office when you get here and I will give you your uniform.” The principal told me as we walked out the door.
“Yes Miss.” I sighed. I was about to turn around and run to catch up with the group when someone bumped into my right side and I ran into the wall. “Ow.” I groaned pushing myself off the wall.
“Watch yourself kid.” He said not even glancing back at me.
“Don’t you know you shouldn’t run into blind kids?” I said walking out the door and shutting it behind me. I’m praying that he’s not one of the people that is also on this case as I ran to catch up with Emiko and Aisling.
