*I'm introducing a new character. I'll post her profile after this*
Sighing, I walked up to the school. This was where Emiko was, huh? Stupid girl. Stupid father for making me come all the way out here. This was pointless and so not worth the time. Emiko didn't belong in the family anymore, so why did she have to know that her Mother died? It wouldn't matter. She still wasn't going to be allowed to be part of the family. I doubted her father would even allow her to attend the funeral.
Walking up the steps, my black curls bounced on my shoulders. Considering how close we used to be, I guess it was the least I could do. After all, I hadn't seen her in years. Not since she had graduated anyway. My green eyes pierced through the darkened corridors of the school. No one could be seen. I glanced at my watch. The students were probably dismissed already.
Sighing, I started searching through the classrooms, looking for Emiko. I turned down the hallway and nearly bumped into one guys, who was a few inches taller than myself. I noticed another, more friendly looking guy next to him.
"Move it," I hissed at them, pushing passed the one I had nearly run into. Then, I thought better of it, and decided to see if they knew where my stupid cousin was. The sooner I got to Emiko, the sooner I could leave. "Wait, Do you know Emiko Suihara?"
The one scarier looking guy gave me a blank stare and before he could say anything, I felt a cold presence behind me. Turning, I didn't see anything, but an uneasy feeling formed in the pit of my stomach. An icy feeling touched my upper arm, as though someone was touching me. The next thing I knew, I felt sick to my stomach as it felt as though something went into me.
Looking up, my eyes took on a hollower gleam. I could feel my body being taken over. I was being pushed back farther and farther into my own head. I couldn't move my body or speak. I was stuck; I could only watch in horror as whatever it was that was suppressing me took control of my body.
-Emiko-
I ran down the hall. Where was Ryuu? How was he doing? I sure hoped he was ok. Finally, we found Ryuu with a few new people that I had never seen before. Students at the school, maybe? Ryuu was slumped on the floor, and I rushed to his side.
"Ryuu, are you ok? What happened?" I asked him, kneeling at his side.
He just shrugged me away. I pulled away. Whatever it was, it had to be big because he never usually go like this. I looked up at the new people. "Who are you?"
