“Fine.” I huffed taking off my bloody white shirt and I wrapped it around my arm to stop the bleeding. For once putting a tank top on under my whit shirt actually paid off.
I completely lost sight of Zoey so I decided to go the other way. I turned down a few halls when I found Matsu walking around like his head was in the clouds.
“Hey Matsu.” I shouted running over to him.
He didn’t pay me any attention.
“Matsu.” I grabbed his arm and he snapped out of his trance.
“Oh Ryuu, hello.” He smiled at me “What happen you trip over something?” he glanced down at my arm.
“No the window shattered when I walked by. But why isn’t Nino with you?” I asked.
“I don’t know where he went. That’s why I’m up here actually.” He replied.
“Then why don’t we go and find everyone else he seems to be the center of attention.” I smirked.
“He has been drawing a lot of attention to him self lately.” He smiled.
Then we headed down to the first floor. Sure enough we found the group but there was a demon. It turned its head and looked at us. Its eyes turned to slits and then it was in front of us. Matsu formed a spirit gun in his and but the demon smacked him away into the wall.
“Matsu!” I shouted then the thing grabbed my throat and lifted me up off the floor.
“Any of you even attempt to come near me and I’ll snap this kid’s neck.” The demon sneered.
It looked like Matsu wanted to tell the demon but stopped when he saw I was looking at him not to. My phone started vibrating.
“What is the obnoxious sound?” It snapped at my.
“My…cell phone.” I replied.
“Then shut it up.” It said again.
“Then …let go.” It let go of my throat and I fell to the ground coughing. I pulled out my cell phone and flipped it open.
Before I could read the message the demon grabbed me again and I tossed the phone to Matsu as the demon slammed me into the wall.
“Happy 17th birthday Ryuu.” Matsu read off the screen of my phone.
“So you’re Ryuu that M’lord has told me so much about. I thought he was joking when he said his son was human.” It snickered gripping my throat tighter.
‘This can’t be happening. It just can’t.’ I thought.
“Nino…shot.” I managed to say before losing the last of the oxygen I had left.

I found him, I found him. I lost Zoey but I found Matsu instead.;D
