Aiba opened the door of the apartment building carefully looking around to make sure that neither Matsu nor Nino were around to see him leave and try and drag him back to doing chores. Shesh…. I didn’t even expect Io to follow me… it’s not my fault dang it! The dark haired bow frowned to himself after another moment. Sliding carefully out and into the street, Aiba walked down a few side streets not entirely sure where he was going. After a few more turns, it was obvious to the dark haired boy and to anyone who was honestly watching that Aiba was completely and totally lost. Aw crap… wait I went this way and then… that way and… uh… Aiba thought to himself as he looked around confused. I only went down that way! Aiba thought to himself shaking his head. Or… was it that way…. Uh…..
Suddenly, Aiba felt his knuckles burn. Looking down, the dark haired boy found that the ring that was formed in the shape of fox was the source of the burning. A fox? Wait… I haven’t met anyone with a soul like that or…. Aiba shook his head and put his fingers on his chin. And that thing I felt earlier…..Could it just be a coincidence? Well.. the dark haired boy shrugged after a moment. Back to being lost… wait… which way was that again….Aiba’s eyes moved around until he finally found someone walking down the street.. or rather two people walking down the street one girl and one boy. Wait where have I seen them before….Aiba blinked and turned his head to one side and then the other. Bingo! At the hospital when I was chasing after that ghost! They’re the ones that were stuck in the morgue….
“Hey! Hey you!” Aiba said waving one arm as he walked over to the two. The two seemed to stop and reflect a look of confusion towards the boy that had just called to them. “Hey do you know where we are?” Aiba asked half rubbing the back of his head lightly. “I’m kinda lost….”
“First off you can…. Hey you’re the one from the hospital….” The girl said. Aiba half laughed and nodded. The boy beside the girl seemed to have a strange deflection of this and made a step away.
“M-Mari….” The boy tried. Aiba blinked confused.
“Hu? What’s wrong Kaki?” the girl stated as Mari said as she turned her head and looked at the boy backing up now.
Kaki said nothing but pointed upwards. Once again, Aiba felt the strange pulse in his fingers, and as his eyes moved down, he found that another ring was starting to reflect tension. His eyes moved to where Kaki was pointing, and he found what appeared to be someone sitting on a building not too far off. Aiba’s eyes narrowed sharply. He couldn’t see directly, and yet there was a strange pang running through him. Demons?
