Aisling watched Emiko leave before she turned and walked down the street. ‘That was weird,’ she thought. ‘She seemed fine at first. I hope she’ll be okay.’
Aisling had been walking for awhile when she notices something flashing in the sky. She looked up and saw something shining and faint flying high above the buildings. It was definitely not a bird but it didn’t look like plane or some kind of flying toy. “A UFO?” Aisling muttered and shook her head at her silliness.
She rubbed her eyes and tries to make sense of what she was seeing. She figured that they must be ghosts but when she kept staring she saw something that looked like wings; angels?
The entities flew away and without thinking of what she was doing followed them. While she was running she kept looking up at them to make sure she was following them and almost tripped a couple of times.
A car horn went off loudly and startled her but she kept on going. They were flying higher and Aisling was being to feel frustrated. “Wait!” She yelled at the sky. She felt a rush of cool wind hit her face; she blinked and saw the angelic beings were right in front of her.
“What the…” Aisling looked around and saw she was floating in the air way above the city. She stared around her, the view was amazing. She had ride on planes before but this was very different. She felt giddy and light headed. But then she felt a painful tugging, it felt something was forcing her down. She struggle against the force and then found herself back on the streets and looked around dazed.
“Huh…what just happened…?” She shook her head and saw that the entities were gone. “Weird…” She muttered. After a few moments of trying to clear her head she moved her foot to start walking and it hit something…alive.
Aisling almost shrieked and jump back. She looked down and saw a girl lying on the floor. ‘Oh my God is she okay???’ Aisling bend down and shook the girl by the shoulder. “Hey wake up.”
The girl moaned and slowing got up in a sitting position. “Uh…what happened?” She said rubbing her head.
“Are you okay?” Aisling asked with concern. “Do you need to go to the hospital?”
“What? Oh no I’m okay,” the girl stood up and looked behind her looking grim as if expecting to see something.
“Are you sure you’re alright?” Aisling asked again standing up too.
“I’m fine now thanks,” the girl said. She paused, “All though I am hungry…”
~Back in Limbo~
“I’M GOING TO GO CRAZY!!!!!” Puck screamed into the nothingness. His voice echo which was strange as there was no solid surface in this dimension
“How long does it have to take to fix the card case?!” Puck yelled flying around in circles. “I thought it was all over until Mr. Emo Shaman gave the card case to Aisling. Now Áine has it so that means she’s going to fix it right?!”
“Who knows…?” Thanatos said lying on his side. It looked like he was lounging on an invisible couch. “For all we know she could of toss it in the garage can or something.”
Puck made a horrified face it almost looked comical. “No if that happens or we’ll be stuck here FOREVER!!!!” He yelled he sounded like he was on the verge of crying.
Brant made a motion with his hand that looked like sign language.
“Yeah I know have faith…” Puck muttered. We went to flying around in circles and zig zags; his version of pacing. “I’m just worried we’ll never see Aisling again…” He sighed sadly.
