The Gang

Sho Sakurai stood leaning against a tree in the park. He all but appeared to be part of the tree itself, and no one the entire day seemed to register his presence. Then again, the man was so in tune with the nature around him that it appeared as though he were more apart of it than the other way around. Watching two people walk into the park, Sho closed his eyes and allowed for his hearing to take most of the measure. He knew each of them through both meeting and the papers he had researched. And to think Asa was hiding in plain sight... he probably felt comfortable with his vessel dead....Sho bit the side of his mouth as he thought on the girl he had stared at in the hopsital as she died.

It was not his place to judge Nino for actions unwritten by a demon lord, and Sho, being the man he was, merely just took it into consciousness and understood it completely and totally. There were rules... and Nino had broken many of them. Yet he remained alive which in the end was what mattered....Sho breathed in and became even more silent that before as he listened to the entire conversation with the calm essence of a bear at peace. However, as he heard the last words spoken aloud, the dark brown haired man found himself in bad taste.

“It’s alright Em… I promise I’ll protect you. I won’t let that happen. I’m not going to let the one I love die in front of me.” Ryuu's voice seemed strong, but it irritated Sho. Get off your imaginary Soap box.... he thought to himself still not saying anything. There's no way you can protect anyone being what you are.....

“R-Ryuu?!” Emiko half whispered.

Standing up fully, Sho began a slow clap as he walked towards them. He had heard enough and had now decided to make his presence known. “That’s very sweet to say to her," the dark haired bear-like man sighed out with a monotone voice.

“Sho…” Emiko said aloud registering the man even as he came towards them.

“But…can you really believe him, Emiko? Considering he is a Moratorium.” Sho said with a calm voice.

Appearing angry at suddenly being made a mockery of, Ryuu clenched his fist. He brown haired man looked at the hand and found a coy smirk move across his face.

“Oh is that a threat?” He challenged. He had not come to fight the boy, yet he would if the need progressed.

“Ryuu calm down… Why do you keep getting worked up?” Emiko asked Ryuu in a worried voice. Sho just continued to look Ryuu in the eye.

“You can’t tell me who I can and can’t date.” Ryuu all but shouted back. Fool....Sho thought to himself. However, his eye moved completely over Ryuu knowing now exactly what he was in all factions of the term.

“I see so it’s already done. How disappointing that the demon lords got to you first. You could have been a great help to the vessels.” Sho sighed but forced his face to remain half emotionless which in the end formed into an obscure smirk.

“Ryuu what is he talking about?” Emiko all but demanded as she looked from Sho to Ryuu.

“So, he didn’t tell you? Ha some boyfriend he is. He’s a full moratorium now the final ritual was composed last night is what I’m guessing. How about it; am I right, boy?” Sho asked crossing his arms in front of him still giving a cold stare back at Ryuu. And the fact that Doki woke up trying to kill Noiren means that the demons were in the human word for a certain amount of time.

In half a second, Ryuu had dived forwards and used the force of his own body to try and knock Sho over. Forced back but the surprise attack, the bear man simply allowed himself to fall backwards not bothering to try and stop the force. It would do more damage to him if he did try than if he simply allowed the force to be complete. Finding nails in hair and all but around his throat, Sho stared directly back at Ryuu with a cool look upwards. So he's progressing even more than I would have imagined... this is probably the reason the demons have become so complacent...They have a dagger that appears human to angels....“Maybe I should just kill you know and save some trouble for the demon lords in the long run," Ryuu hissed as his eyes seemed to turn to daggers as he looked Sho in the face. Sho simply stared back with a blank look that he gave those he was more or less thinking on than rather talking to them.

“RYUU STOP IT!!” Emiko's voice echoed out into the area. Sho sighed to himself understanding then what could be done on the matter. A paradox of lov e was already forming, it seemed, and all one needed to do was hold the heart card to win. Finding that the boy was being pulled off of him, Sho stood up again and began to brush the dirt from his clothes.

“Emiko let me go!” Ryuu screamed back at Emiko who simply appeared to reflect a sudden look of intense hurt.

“IF YOU LOVE ME YOU’LL STOP!!!” Emiko cried back at him.

“Emiko," Sho sighed outwards now knowing the game and having the cards. "I suggests you dispose this worthless piece of trash.” Yes... so the demons may have formed a weapon... but the vessels had as well... Emiko had turned out to be even more a card in the game than even Sho had thought. However, it was a trump card none the less. The Shaman Council will have an interesting report from me that is for sure.... Sho thought to himself once again looking at Ryuu.

“I’m sorry Em…” Ryuu breathed out as his hand seized a place over his heart.

A strange smirk worked its way on Sho. "You have my thanks," he said to Emiko before turning again. "Don't get yourself killed in the process of what you do, Emiko." With that, the brown haired man walked away as if nothing had happened. He could hear Ryuu behind him muttering something, yet the brown haired man did not bother looking back.

Time was a factor of things unjust in the world. Nino understood this notion as he found himself gripping the wall of a building and his body all but tense. His entire body was half slouched over as he continued to grip the wall. Damn Emiko.... she doesn't understand anything.... his thoughts were loud in his head yet he didn't speak them out loud. Damn this entire situation... damn it damn it damn it......

"Well don't you look like you've been run over twice," A voice mused causing the dark haired man to look up into the face of a red haired man smiling at him.

"Ohno...." Nino breathed out causing a smile to appear on the red haired man's face. "The hell are you doing here?"

"Aw don't tell me you're not happy to see me, Nina-kun," Ohno sighed crossing his arms and turning his head to one side. "I bet Mattie will be."

"I... hate your pet names..." Nino glared.

"Aw why?" Ohno laughed a fraction before becoming mildly serious again. "Sho-o-oh asked me to come so I did. We're all gathering here, you see...And not just to meet the new Aoi-nee either."

"Shut up!" Nino suddenly roared causing Ohno's face to fall a fraction as his eyes averted.

"Sorry 'bout that," Ohno sighed a bit.

"Her name is Emiko. Make no references to her as Aoi or I will personally kill you slowly," Nino hissed.

"Oh fine fine... hm... Emiko eh? Gonna have to think up a name there...." Ohno put his hand on his chin complacently. "Got it! Em-and-M's!"

=P and here we are... meet Ohno... the fifth vessel so far. If you're wondering what the Nino = Nina thing, Ohno has a nasty habit of making up nicknames for people that he is friends with. Such is, somehow in the past Nino ended up being nicknamed Nina. Mattie is Matsu because of Mat that starts out in his name. Sho's nickname came as a weird mix between Sho and Ho-Oh due to Ohno's extreme respect for him. (or something esle XP we're not entirely sure on the last one) Anyways, be expecting a weird nickname if you end up meeting Ohno. Or if he ever learns your names =X
