I sat against the wall above Matsu’s cell and listened to the conversation.
‘Damn what should I do…considering that I was in the human world for a while I know how it feels to have a heart broken…Matsu is Ryuu’s friend.’ I kept thinking but I was able to listen to every word being said below.
Matsu was struggling to stay in control. Being a demon it was amusing to listen to someone squirm. I rubbed my temples trying to get that enjoyment out of my mind.
“I want to eat your soul, of course.” I heard my mother say.
‘Damn it…I thought so…should I chance it… …what the hell.’ I sighed, stood up and disappeared.
I stared at the door to Nino’s apartment. ‘I can’t do anything for Matsu directly.’ I took a deep breath and rose my hand. ‘But where there are laws there are always loop holes.’ A smirk formed across my lips. ‘And I know almost every loop hole in the book.’ I knocked on the door. The door opened and the kid that answered stepped back in shock.
“Don’t worry I’m not hear to kidnap any of you.” I started out. “I’m hear to offer you something.” I stared around at them.
“Oh yea that’s exactly why you came here.” Nino laughed.
“Silence Doki; you’re not the one that I wish to talk to.” I shouted.
