Nostalgia

Aiba felt charged... as though someone had run electricity through him... he wanted to run away... drop the box and get out of the room. His muscles twitched a fraction, and as the sound of Ohno opening the door hit his ears, the dark haired boy found the face of Ohno staring inwards. The dark haired boy twicthed a fraction, dropped the box, and suddenly ran straight past Ohno as he tried to make his way out of the room. Surprised by the sudden fleet of Aiba, Ohno stared for a moment before sighing outwards and looking in the room. The cards were all over the floor, yet there were there none the less. The red haried man turned his head and stared at the angel who had risen as well and was staring inwards at the cards as if strangely satisfied by this measure.

Aiba had broke out and was now running down the halls of the hospital. However, something caught his ear and caused the dark haired boy to stop in mid step. "Aiba!" Elle called aloud bringing the dark haired boy to turn his head and stare in confusion at the girl who was staring back.

"What?" Aiba asked unsure of anything else to say.

Elle appeared as if unsure of what to say for a minute before finally finding her wording. "I know how easily you get lost, so I thought I'd come with you so you didn't forget how to get back," she answered back. Aiba suddenly found himself nodding at this.

"Oh," Aiba answered back rubbing the back of his head even as he nodded again. "Right. Probably a good idea," he forced a laugh from himself feeling a tad better to be away from the room... for one reason or another.

"So, where are you headed? Or did you just need to get away from Ohno?" Elle asked as they both continued walking. Aiba had no idea where they were going, but they remained walking none the less.

"I... dunno..." Aiba answered back after a moment. "I just wanted to get away from the room... I did the summoning... like they asked and I just.... wanted out as soon as possible... Not sure why," he shook his head a bit as they walked.

Suddenly the sound of running feet hit Aiba's ears, and half a second later, he was being run over by a teal haired woman as she fled from the dark haired man still wielding a medical pole and chasing after her. "NOT CHAN NOT CHAN! AME DO YOU HEAR ME!" Nino's voice roared.

"SON OF A DEMON QUIT CHASING ME DAMN IT!" Ame yelled back even as she ran.

Brushing past Aiba, Nino ran still trying to smack the teal haired girl over the head. Aiba blinked a minute, looked at Elle, and then looked down the hallway. "That... was... Ame..." he said aloud more in confusion than anything. "AME!" he shouted suddenly causing the teal haired woman along with the dark haired man to stop and stare back at him. Aiba grinned a bit and waved a hand at them.

Catching her chase to relieve herself of Nino's anger, Ame started walking back towards Aiba with a grin on her face. "Aiba!" she smiled. "Oh you've gotten so big," the teal haired woman smiled down seizing the corners of Aiba's face and all but stretching them. "Tehehehheehhehe."

Nino, finding that he was no longer on chase, sighed outwards, released the medical pole, and walked towards the group. Elle was now staring dumbfounded as Ame continued to pull the sides of Aiba's face. The dark haired boy's arms flailed as he tried to get away from the teal haired woman. "Let go! Let go! Ow ow ow ow ow owwwww....." Aiba yelled as Ame continued to pull his face. Stopping as she noticed Elle, Ame stood upright and put her hands on her hips in front of the red haired peer before her.

"And you are?" she said rather hotly looking at Elle like a mother bear defending some cub of some sorts.

"....Elle...." Elle answered back nodding her head a bit even as Ame's scrutinizing eye moved over her with several tight looks. After a moment, the teal haired woman crossed her arms again and sighed outwards.

"I see... a pleasure to meet you," Ame answered back. "My name is Ame..." Nino was within about two feet when suddenly Ame turned and round house kicked him square in the stomach. The dark haired man fell back so suddenly that his entire body hit the floor. "And that is for chasing me, Nino," Ame hissed as she crossed her arms once more.

Aiba was dumbfounded. Elle was too. Nino was on the floor feeling a mild bit of nostalgia. The only one who seemed completely at peace was Ame. In the end, no one really was sure what to do.

Ohno looked at Aíne, and a strange grin appeared on his face before he walked inwards followed by the angel. Both Mari and Kaki exchanged glances and decided to wait in the hall again. Looking downwards, Ohno began to slowly pick up the cards. "So these are the cards that Miss. Ai-sicle is so attached to," he commented as he picked them up one by one. "A page... a knight... a..." Ohno froze for a minute as his hand took hold of a card. "A blank?" he asked holding it up and looking at Aíne as if for an explanation. The card was completely white and showed neither a front of a back. Aíne stared back and then looked darkly at the card.

"An Unknown... I haven't seen one of those in quite some time," she sighed outwards picking up more of the cards on the floor. Ohno stared down at it for a minute.

"Aren't they..." Ohno began.

"Don't speak it," Aíne all but hissed the words causing a strange laugh to escape Ohno.

"Thought so," the red haired man smirked a bit to himself sliding the white card into his pocket instead of into his hand. "Never thought I would see one of those again he laughed to himself. However, Aíne said nothing but sighed outwards.

Standing upwards fully again, Ohno handed all the cards he had picked up except for the Unknown to Aíne. The red haired woman stared at him for a minute before looking down and setting the cards back in their case. "Do you like being dangerous?" Aíne asked staring at him. The red haired man simply smiled back.

"Only on Tuesdays and Thursdays," he answered back with a grin.
