"Em you can't give up." I told her one last time and i kissed her gently on the lips. "I have to go, I'll be waiting for you to get up."
My two hours were up with Emiko I ended up being sent back to my own mind. I looked down at her still sleeping body but felt a sudden jerk of loneliness in my heart. I walked out of the room and headed back towards Matsu’s room. I looked in the window and then moved because the nurse was walking out. There was a red haired guy in there with Matsu so I walked in.
“Hey Matsu was there anyone here when you woke up?” I asked him.
He gave me a glare. “No.”
I clenched my fists “That bastard I told him to stay in here until you woke up.”
“What are you talking about?” The red hair guy asked me.
“I’ll explain later.” I sighed rubbing the back of my head trying to think of what to do.
“Hold on I’ll be right back.” I said teleporting myself in front of Nino.
“When the hell did you learn how to teleport?” He asked a bit pissed. “No time to explain.” I said grabbing his shirt and teleporting him back to Matsu’s room. “Found him.” I laughed pushing him towards Matsu’s bed.
“So you must be the moratorium I’ve heard so much about.” The guys said looking at me.
“Yea I’m not surprised but I’m tired and sore so I’m going to go back to me room.” I said leaving.
“That didn’t go the way I planned.” I sighed heavily putting my hands behind my head and kept walking. I figured that I should get back to my room and lay down for a while. I got back to my room and was pretty much tackled to the ground by my little sister.
“Nyoko…” I stuttered then I was smacked across the face and I looked up to see Kara glaring at me with tears swelling up at the corner of her eyes.
“Why didn’t you tell me or call once you got up? You know how frightening it is for me to get a call from the hospital?” She said about to smack me again but her hand was caught by Zen.
“Kara he’s injured; be happy he’s alive.” Zen stated.
“Fine.” She muttered.
“Come on he must want to rest after walking around.” Zen mentioned letting go of Kara’s wrist.
“Alright get some rest and we’ll come back tomorrow.” Nyoko ordered.
“Alright I will.” I smiled at her then they left and I laid back down. “I wonder where mom is now.” I hadn’t thought about her in so long.
I was starting to fall asleep when I saw a bright light form at the end of my bed and I covered my eyes until the light faded. I looked and saw the image of my standing at the end of my bed.
“M-mom.” I stuttered looking in disbelief
“Hi sweetie.” She chirped.
“W-why do you have wings??” I pointed at the white wings behind her.
“I’m an arch angel.” She said as if it was the most obvious thing in the world.
I couldn’t think of what to say. Out of the corner of my eye I saw space shifting and my father appeared out of the rip in space. “Ryuu I heard…” He stopped when he was my mother. “…Nori…” He said.
“Hello Asa it’s been a while hasn’t it?” She smiled gently at him.
He walked over to her and held her hand.
I pulled my blankets over my head “please don’t kiss in here go out in the hall and do that.” I muttered.
“Oh Ryuu you haven’t changed at all.” My mother laughed then she punched my father in the arm. “Asa how could you let him get hurt?” She questioned crossing her arms in front of her.
“Nori that wasn’t very nice aren’t angels supposed to be kind and gentle?” He stated rubbing his arm.
“What is your father planning Asa and why did you have to bring our son into it?” She asked furious. “And what kind of father would mark their own son?”
“Calm down Nori.” He laughed putting his hands up in front of himself.
“Not that this isn’t interesting but can we please take it out side?” I asked pointing at the window.
“Don’t interrupt Ryuu mommy and daddy are talking.” Mom answered sweetly.
“Yes um…” I said shutting up.
“And why do you have to push him so hard? He’s only a child.” She said.
“Honey slow down and let me explain.” Dad laughed.
My headache was getting worse from their bickering. “WILL YOU TWO STOP IT MY HEAD IS POUNDING!!” I shouted sitting up in my bed.
“Sorry hunny.” Mom apologized.
