“Why am I meditation again?” I asked not opening my eyes to look at Vaporaii.

“I told you focus you are concentrating your chi or what ever you call it.” She responded as I heard the clicking of glass bottles hitting together.

I mean meditating sure I could do it all day but she had me meditating upside down over a pool. I tried concentrating and I was doing pretty well it’s been an hour and I hadn’t fallen yet. But the blood was starting to go to my head and I was feeling light headed. I opened my eyes and lost concentration and fell into the pool.
