Exasperated Violence

The fight between Ame and Elle had lasted for nearly thirty minutes before both had decided to leave it alone for a bit and take a break. Ame yawned a bit and stuck her legs in the water before closing her eyes. "What are you doing?" Elle asked more questionably than demanding to know. Ame opened one eye and smirked a bit.

"Just enjoying the water," she answered back lightly. "As well as seeing through it..." Ame sighed a bit as she said this part.

"What do you mean seeing through it?" Elle asked aloud.

"As long as I touch the water in some form, I can see other areas where water is present," Ame answered back flicking a lock of teal hair from in front of her face before looking serious again. "Within a certain radius anyways...."

"Is that why you wanted an area with water?" Elle finally asked. "So you could keep an eye on things while we trained?" Ame laughed lightly causing Elle's face to seem to cross a fraction.

"Not really," Ame answered back with a grin. "I wanted to find a place with a nice body of water because I always feel better around one, and I can cool my temper a bit easier..." Ame's face became somewhat somber as she said this. "Whenever I'm sad or angry or anything... I can just touch the water and relax a bit more..."

"Ah...." Elle answered back. "So it clears your mind...."

Ame nodded a bit and smiled. "Try it for yourself... just stick your legs in the pool and relax," the teal haired woman instructed. The dark haired woman nodded and did what was asked. Both closed their eyes.

Ame found herself in many areas at once. She could see other people's houses from the water left in their sinks... she could see bathrooms and hallways and every place where a vase or something might protrude... she could see using the water. It had been an unnerving feeling when she had first found it, yet now Ame presumably liked being able to see.

Suddenly Elle seemed to tense, and the sound of her pulling her legs out of the water caused Ame to open an eye. "What's wrong?" Ame asked looking at her with a calm eye.

"I just had a vision....." Elle breathed. "Ryuu... something's happened to him... and he's going after some girl and a kid...." she looked straight at Ame with a worried look. "Mari and Kaki... I think...." Ame's eyes suddenly narrowed. So the moratorium was on the move? Suddenly forcing herself up out of the water, Ame lent a hand and helped Elle up.

"We have to stop him then," she said sharply. "lead the way."

Elle seemed unsure of what to say, but after a minute she grew serious and nodded sharply. "Right," she answered back. "This way," with that, Elle began running out of the backyard and down the street. Ame followed with a sharp run as well. Both women headed down the streets making several turns until finally catching sight of Mari and Kaki walking down the street and making a turn. Something was following them, and in that instant, Ame pulled out her fan and threw it straight at the object. "Watch your heads!" she shouted to Mari and Kaki who reacted quickly and ducked. The strange shadow creature was struck and let out a scream before appearing to reform in front of them. Ame continued running and was now standing defensively in front of Mari.

"You ok?" Ame asked not looking back.

"I... I knew something was following us..." Mari answered back. Ame nodded her head a bit and took out yet another fan.

"Damn creatures..." the teal haired woman swore. However, as she saw that something was forming out of the shadow, Ame's eyes widened. Sadine smirked as she took full form in front of the teal haired woman. The demoness reached her hand forwards and produced knives.

"I've been ordered to take the boy... but that doesn't mean I can't kill you," Sadine smirked to herself. Ame's eyes grew, yet the teal haired woman refused to back down.

"Elle... take Mari and Kaki and run...." Ame said aloud.
