*}*Ariana and Christian*{*
“I recommend the Fettuccine Alfredo Milady,” Christian said glancing at the menu with a scrutinizing eye, “I had it in Italy myself a few years ago; but the dish here I think would not nearly be as good.”
Ariana looked at him strangely. Did he mean the actual pasta dish…or the soul of the person who had cooked it? When the food arrived she set about eating it, lost in her thoughts.
Christian languidly ignored the unmasked admiration from many female diners. When Ariana asked him about Italy the admiring looks turned to jealousy; Christian hid a chuckle. How quickly emotions change. Dinner was finished without a word; Christian slipped in a little extra ($10.00) as a tip and everyone trooped outside. Christian tapped Ariana on the shoulder and then the package. The priestess nodded and both butler and mistress turned to leave for the school.
“Oh no you don’t you two;” Ohno laughed as they both stopped and turned back around. His laugh was light yet it really wasn’t. “Sho-o-oh said that I need to watch you both.”
“He said that you need to watch us; he never said that we would allow it,” a slightly cold smile crossed Ariana’s face and then vanished. “We have somewhere we need to be.”
“Even so, I’m afraid I can’t disobey Sho-o-oh.”
“Looks like you’re quite the poet Mr. Ohno,” Christian put on his jacket and buttoned it, “unfortunately we cannot abide by Mr. Sho’s wishes tonight. Like Lady Ariana said, there is somewhere we need to be.”
Ohno weakened ever so slightly, “But if I let you go, Sho-o-oh will lecture me to no end. Besides,” he steeled up again, “he told me to.”
“So we heard,” Christian said evenly, “if Mr. Sho indeed inquires about our whereabouts, tell him that we needed to be somewhere of importance and that it was us, not you, who disobeyed him despite the fact that he instructed you. Besides,” he lowered his voice so no one except Ohno could hear, “I can tell you worry despite the Glass; we would only burden you if you watch us.”
Surprise came over Ohno’s face for more then a moment; looking from Ariana to Christian he sighed. “Alright then, you can leave. But please don’t cause trouble. Ame would beat me senseless and Sho-o-oh would berate me.”
If I hear one more word about us being untrustworthy in any way… Ariana thought exasperated. Realizing Christian had convinced him to let them go she smiled at Ohno. “Thank you Ohno; tell Sho that we didn’t mean to disobey him but we need to go.” Christian looped his arm through Ariana’s and the two vanished into thin air away from the group and reappearing closer to the school.

Ohno was in character I hope despite that I didn't know if Ame had a nickname. I liked the bit about Italy and Christian. xD
