As I left Aiba, I continued on to the school. Approaching it, I could already feel the ghostly energy. Outside the door, I sensed other energies, though. Ariana was there with her demon partner. Then there was a more faint, but still living pressure that I didn't know. Some student? Placing a hand on the door, I paused for a moment, then opened it.
"Sephira," came Artemis's voice. I looked over to see an owl materialize beside me. I put out a hand, and Artemis landed on it. "Remember what I told you! If you sense a demon lord, steer clear! Their energies are too powerful for your raw energy to go without being affected. Nodding, I walked inside.
Artemis's softly glowing eyes up the dim hallway. "Hmm, where to sleep~" I whispered in a sing song voice. As I walked by, I peeked my head in the classrooms. Finally, I some how found myself in the teachers lounge. As to be expected, a ghost popped up. It looked like a former student.
"H-hey! Don't tresspass! This is a teachers only area!" it said. From the voice, a male.
"I assume the reason your here is because you always wanted to be in here when you were alive, eh?" I asked with a smile. "Well, it's time for you to go somewhere even better!" Artemis swooped off my arm and flew, talons first, through the kid, ripping a gash in his stomach. He seemed to freak out, then relax, as he dissappeared.
"Well, now that it's cleared out, I might as well hit the sack!" Closing the door behind me, I jumped up on the couch, yawning and almost immediately fell asleep.
