Blushing

Sleeping soundly, I nuzzled towards the warmth I felt surrounding me. Fluttering my eyes, I realized I was no longer in that grassy meadow, but back at the house. The warmth I had felt was Ryuu's arm around me, keeping me nice and safe. I smiled up at him when I caught him looking down at me.

I brushed his hair out of his face, noticing that he looked away from me. “It shouldn’t act up I hope.” he muttered.

“Why don’t you go and get it sealed now?” I asked. The sooner it was done, the better I would feel. Not that I didn't trust him, but I hated the anxiety of knowing something could potentially happen.

“I…” Ryuu started but was cut off by a knocking on the door.

He sighed as he got up to go answer the door, leaving me in the living room. I sighed. I loved ryuu. A lot. But, I worried about him so much. What was he going to do if he really hurt someone because of the seal? No matter what, I knew I would never be able to abandon him.

Catching Aisling and Puck's voices, I got up and decided to go join Ryuu at the door and greet our guests. But, as I made my way to the door, their conversation was as embarrassing as could be. I felt my face turn beat red, but I tried to keep it at bay as I came up behind Ryuu.

“That’s none of your business Puck.” Ryuu told him.

“So you did do it.” Puck laughed, which made the blush on my cheeks deepen to an even redder stage.

“NO we didn’t.” Ryuu stated, or more like insisted.

“Puck that’s enough. Stop fighting with Ryuu right now.” I said walking into the kitchen. "You shouldn't ask such silly questions." I smiled at Aisling. "What brings you here?"
