*}*Ariana and Christian*{*
“The entrance of the school is that way,” Christian pointed ahead.
“Thank you Christian,” Ariana peeked into a classroom to see a clock, “we should be able to make it home in a fair amount of time.” She felt good; a large amount of ghosts were exorcised and the spiritual energy had gone down noticeably.
Pactmaker and demon approached the front doors of the school when they suddenly opened. Ariana’s hand, who had been reaching for the doorknob, froze and withdrew.
A tall and slender young woman with olive skin, long curly red hair, and blue eyes wearing all black walked in, accompanied by a teenage boy with slate gray emo hair with bangs covering his right eye. His visible eye was ice blue. Aisling was with them, along with a little boy who had dragonfly-like wings, curly brown hair and glittering gray eyes. He wore an orange and brown outfit that reminded Christian of the Elizabethan era.
Aisling realized who they were and smiled, “Hi, I never thought we would run into you two here.”
“Likewise,” Ariana smiled amiably.
The winged boy who was sitting on Aisling’s shoulder looked at them both suspiciously.
“Aisling, who are they?” the boy asked openly staring at Christian.
“Oh right, you don’t know them,” the redhead laughed to herself, “Ariana, this is Emiko,” she pointed to the young woman, “and this is Ryuu Yuki,” she pointed to the teenaged boy.
Ariana put a hand on herself, “I’m Ariana, it’s nice to meet you both.” She felt the spiritual energy flowing from them both. Emiko was a shaman, albeit a new one, and Ryuu…she bowed to him, “It’s a pleasure to meet you, son of Lord Asa,” she murmured so that only he could hear.
Christian formally bowed, “My name is Christian, Lady Ariana’s butler.” He smiled charmingly, “its lovely meeting you both.”
Ariana noticed the winged boy and smiled broadly, “You have tarot card spirits!”
“H-How did you know Puck was a tarot spirit?”
She looked down at the Japanese Shinto priestess kimono she currently wore, “As a priestess you have to have an extensive knowledge of the supernatural.” Ariana looked up suddenly, “Puck, so that’s his name? How cool,” she smiled, “from a Midsummer Night’s Dream; he even looks like he came from the Elizabethan era.” She tuned to face him, “What tarot spirit are you?”
Puck looked like he wasn’t sure whether to be suspicious or bask in the compliments he got, “I’m the Page of Wands,” he chose to continue to be wary of them although he did like the compliments he got from the girl with dark honey gold eyes.
“If I may inquire,” Christian politely asked, “what are you three doing here?” realization came to his features, “You are working on the haunted school case as well?”
“Yeah we—wait, what do you mean by ‘as well’?” Emiko said sharply.
The incredibly handsome demon looked unruffled by the sharpness of the redhead’s manner, “What I mean Miss Emiko is that my mistress is also on this case.”
Ariana answered the confusion in the eyes of all four, “Today I got a call from the principal of this school asking if I could help with the haunting. Well, good night,” the two started making their way out the door.
“Wait,” Ryuu’s voice made them stop and turn around, “If you’re also working on the case then can you come with us?”
Ariana and Christian exchanged looks, “Well,” she said slowly, “I’ve already done quite a bit of work, and we were about to leave…but if you’re sure…”
“We’re sure,” Aisling said encouragingly.
In the end, the trip back home was delayed again for priestess and demon. The group set off and Ariana smiled shyly, “Thank you for inviting me along in the first place.”
“No problem.” Ryuu and Aisling replied.

School has taken some time to get used to but now I was able to get a new post up. ^^ Again, nobody finds out she has a curse besides Nani, Sephira, and Edaniel! It’s part of my plan. D< (Aren’t I loving? *shot*)
