“Ryuu I’m ready to go.” Nyoko laughed playfully and then looked in the bathroom and stopped and blinked a few times. “Ryuu who’s that boy holding Aisling and why does Aisling look like she’s going to faint?” She asked.
Oh boy, where to start explaining on this one? “Oh well um…” Ryuu stammered unable to come up with a reason that she would understand and believe.
Nyoko went into the bathroom and smiled up at Puck “Hi, I’m Nyoko, what’s your name?” Nyoko asked cheerfully.
That girl, nothing ever seemed to really faze her. Puck gave her a curious look, but he was too preoccupied with trying to hold Aisling up. I stepped up since everyone seemed to be at a loss for words.
"Puck, why don't you and Aisling go out into the living room and see if you guys can figure out what happened. Aisling probably needs to sit down and let everything sink in," I told him. He nodded and did as I had asked of him. I turned to Nyoko, "That was just a friend of ours, and he's just helping Ailsing out. She didn't feel very good," I told her. I wasn't really lying, just stretching the truth a bit. I turned to Ryuu. "Wanna grab the keys and we can take her to her friends' house?" The sooner she got out of this house the better. Then we wouldn't have to worry about her seeing something she shouldn't.
Ryuu nodded and grabbed the keys from his pocket. "Got 'em."
"I'm gonna go tell the others what's going on, you take her to the car, and I'll be right there. I'll come with," I told him. We hadn't been alone together for awhile, and I wanted to be with him. Besides, I still didn't trust the seal thing on his forehead.
He nodded and ushered his sister out of the house. I hurried into the other room, where everyone was crowding around Puck and Aisling. I turned to Mari and Zoey. "That's Puck, if you haven't figured that much out," I said and explained all that I knew, which wasn't much. "But, Ryuu and I are going to go take his sister to a friend's house."
"Good idea," Zoey nodded. "She needs to get away from this craziness."
I nodded. "Exactly. Can you keep an eye on everyone?" I asked them.
Mari nodded.
"Great thanks!" I called over my shoulder as I headed out the door.
