I glanced back at Kuro as he walked away. He was kinda cute, but something was a little off. I shrugged it off and went into the house. I turned the stove on and kissed my mom good bye. She had to do a late shift at the bank again. after she left I made my food and ate in silence, ocassioally hearing a creak or two upstairs. I jumped when I heard a loud bang upstairs. I ran up there, but didn't see anything. I was starting to get a little scared. I hated this house and wanted to leave. But I knew I couldn't. I had no say in the matter. 'Maybe i should meet some neighbors and try to find out the history of this house.' I thought.
